Established in 2025, Inkwell is a new independent bookseller based in North Staffordshire, UK. Currently headed up by a one-woman team, the company was born of a passion for literature and all things reading, and began as a trader of second-hand books and other second-hand goods, operating at car boots, markets, and fayres, along with online platforms like eBay and Vinted (which are still active if you’d like to take a look!).
While on the hunt for new and undiscovered gems, Inkwell has a passion for the popular, along with a desire to promote sustainability with an ever-expanding collection of second-hand books. Each book is carefully inspected and if we believe it can have a new lease of life somewhere despite its imperfections, then we’re all for getting it back out there. Listings provide details on the condition and what we like to call quirks of each book, which is why you may see individual listings for the same title.
